The CAT-T Tourniquet Carrier is designed with an aggressive belt clip on the back to secure to your duty belt. Additional mounting options could be used in replace of the Belt clip such as Malice straps. Customers can just indicate in the notes section at checkout that they would like Malice Straps instead and we will be happy to swap out.
