Shipping Policy


Turnaround

  • All Custom Holster orders will take up to 3 weeks for build and shipping.
  • All “Ready to Ship” orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (EST).

 

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS

 

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information which can be located on your PayPal receipt.

 

Shipping Rates

All orders over $60 are eligible for free shipping within the United States. International orders are a minimum of $24.95 and are subject to change if rate exceeds that price. All other orders are a flat rate of $4.95

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges


How To Return An Item

Your item is covered by a lifetime warranty. If you are unhappy with the quality or fit of the holster just notify us for a return, refund or exchange.

1. Please email info@eclipseholsters.com to request a refund.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

 

Return Exceptions

On custom imaging we will still work with you to make you happy however sometimes a full refund can not be given because of the quality of your image infused into the holster.

 

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

 

Exchanges

If you are unhappy with the holster we will make it right by offering a exchange of a different holster of equal or lesser value.
