responded very quickly, and got me set up with that.
I have been looking for a holster for my Springfield Ronin 1911, in 9mm with the 4.25" barrel. I kept striking out on finding anything, from any company, that I really loved and was exactly what I wanted. I saw that Eclipse made holsters for 3", 4", and 5" barrel 1911s, but not the 4.25"....and also wasn't sure of the size difference with mine being 9mm, instead of a .45. I made a phone call to Eclipse, and spoke with a very helpful person. They asked if I could email them photos of the handgun, so they could compare to their molds and make sure it would fit. Within a day, they emailed back and let me know that they were very confident that their holster would indeed fit for me. As for the issue of being a 4.25" barrel, they instructed me to order the 5" barrel holster, explain the barrel situation in the order notes, and that the people in the shop would get it taken care of. Sure enough, when my order arrived, they had cut down the extra length from the 5" holster, to make it fit perfect for my 4.25"....and even had a hand written note on the invoice noting that they had made all of this extra effort for me.
I also ordered a holster from the Garage Sale page, which was a hell of a deal!
