How To Return An Item
All Eclipse Holsters products are backed by our Lifetime Warranty. If you’re unhappy with the fit or quality, just reach out to request a return, refund, or exchange. We do review each request to ensure fair use of our policy and reserve discretion to prevent abuse.

  1. Include a signed letter or completed return form and your original receipt.


Restocking Fee

  • A standard 10% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns and will be deducted from your refund.

  • Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Discretion Clause: We monitor return history and may adjust or waive restocking fees—or, in rare cases, decline returns—if we determine a pattern of misuse or abuse.


Exchanges

We honor exchanges for:

  1. Our Error: Wrong item shipped or order mistake—no fee or restocking charge.

  2. Defective Products: Faulty workmanship or materials—holster replaced at no cost.

  3. Appearance Concerns: Unused, in-box items may be swapped for a different model or color.

Situations Not Covered:

  • Exchanges requested more than 6 months after purchase.

  • Changes in your firearm model (compatibility issues due to a different gun).


How We Apply Discretion

  • Each return or exchange is reviewed by our customer-care team.

  • We may request photos or additional details to verify defect vs. misuse.

  • In cases of clear abuse (e.g., deliberate damage, unauthorized modifications), we reserve the right to refuse a full no-charge replacement and may offer a paid repair or partial refund instead.
