How do I clean my Holster?

All holsters can be wiped down with baby wipes or warm soapy water. Avoid the metal screws and metal belt attachments to prevent rusting

I am missing hardware. What should I do?

Our Replacement Hardware Set includes all Screws, Washers, and Spacers you will need for any holster! 

Can I request a custom print?

We love custom orders and would love to make something unique for you! Please fill out our Request a Custom Print form and follow instructions listed. We cannot wait to see what prints you find!

What payment methods do you use?

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We ALWAYS have a coupon code that our customers can use toward their order. Feel free to email our team and they can provide a valid coupon code for you!

Do you offer adjustable ride height?

Yes! For adjustable ride height, simply select the UltiClip belt attachment option.

What if a clip, attachment, or holster breaks?

Contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged component. Replacement hardware or another warranty solution may be available under our lifetime warranty, depending on the issue.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Contact us (info@eclipseholsters.com) as quickly as possible. We can often correct the firearm, light, handedness, clip, color, hardware, or shipping address before production or shipment. Changes made after production begins may delay the order or require an exchange.

What are your holsters made from?

Our holsters are made from 0.080-inch Kydex, an industry-standard thickness that balances rigidity, durability, and everyday carry comfort.

Searching for My Model

Will a holster for a similar firearm model fit mine?

Not necessarily. Our holsters are molded for specific firearm configurations, so visually similar models may still require different holsters. Please order only the exact firearm option listed in the builder or ask us to confirm compatibility.

My holster feels too tight, loose, or has some movement. What should I do?

First, verify that the firearm and any light (if applicable) exactly match the configuration ordered. If your holster has adjustable retention, make small adjustments to the retention screws. If the problem continues, contact us with your order number and clear photos or a short video so our team can diagnose it.

Can you custom make a holster for my gun?

Unfortunately, if your gun model is not listed on our website we cannot custom build you a holster.

What if I can't find my gun model in the online shop?

If you can’t find your model in our online shop that means we currently don’t offer it, but please stay tuned and check back often. We are constantly working to add new models and options to our website. Please email our team to add your model to our request list!

What does the delta wing do?

The Delta Wing presses against the inside of the belt to rotate the inside-the-waistband firearm’s grip closer to the body, helping reduce printing. It is available on compatible IWB configurations and can be selected in the custom builder.

Shipping & Returns

What are your shipping options and costs?

All orders over $120 get free shipping! If you do not qualify for free shipping, the flat rate shipping fee is $12.95. The majority of our orders ship via Fedex Express 2-Day unless the shipping address contains a PO Box or the customer resides in Puerto Rico.

How long until my order ships?

All of our orders ship from our shop 1-3 business days after placing your order!  We are open Monday - Friday (with some exclusions for holidays, staff development etc.)

How long does it take to receive my order?

Shipping depends on your region / location. Most packages arrive within 2-5 days after shipment.

Where is my order?

Your emailed tracking number will show all tracking updates once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive new shipping updates. Contact our customer care for any questions or concerns about the status of your order.

I never received my order. What should I do?

We are so sorry to hear about this shipping problem! Please email info@eclipseholsters.com with your tracking number, Order Number, and any Missing Mail Claim Number. We would love to look into the issue for you and find a solution.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Contact Customer Care (info@eclipseholsters.com) with your order number and the reason for the request. We may first help troubleshoot a fit or setup issue. When a return or exchange is appropriate, the team will provide the applicable instructions, return form, and shipping-label information.

Do you offer international shipping?

We offer shipping to South Africa on our website. Please select this in checkout, under "Country". For all other international locations please email info@eclipseholsters.com for more details.
