All TASER Pulse 2 device sales are final, including unopened packages. Exceptions apply for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, or as required by law.

Qualifying defects are covered by Axon’s one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. Eclipse’s lifetime warranty does not cover TASER devices.

**All orders containing a TASER have a $25 shipping fee and require a signature from an adult age 21 or older upon delivery. Free shipping offers do not apply to TASER device orders.**
