IS THE TASER PULSE 2 HOLSTER CUSTOMIZED?

Yes. The holster routes to the Eclipse Holsters Custom Builder so customers can configure the available options for their TASER Pulse 2 setup.

ARE THE REPLACEMENT CARTRIDGES CUSTOMIZED?

No. Cartridges are a standard stocked product sold through a regular Shopify product page.

WHAT SHOULD I CHECK BEFORE ORDERING CARTRIDGES?

Cartridge purchase, age, and delivery requirements depend on your location. Contact Eclipse Holsters before ordering if you need help confirming eligibility. Holsters and cartridges are separate products.

IS THE TASER DEVICE INCLUDED?

No. The TASER Pulse 2 device is sold separately and is not included with a custom holster or replacement cartridge pack.

CAN I RETURN MY TASER PULSE 2?

TASER Pulse 2 devices are final sale, including unopened packages. Exceptions apply for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, or as required by law.

Qualifying defects are covered by Axon’s one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty. TASER devices are not covered by Eclipse’s lifetime warranty.

Eclipse holsters retain their separate return policy and lifetime warranty.
